Microscopic Spermatic Cord Denervation CPT assistance

Pt presents with testicular pain and provider performs a Left Microscopic Spermatic Cord Denervation.

Subinguinal incision was made. The spermatic cord was uncovered by dissecting through the fascia. The outer sheath of the spermatic cord was dissected off. a microscope was brought in. The spermatic cord was dissected using a doppler ultrasound to identify arteries.
The vas derens was isolated, skeletonized and marked. . spermatic cord was dissected meticulously. spermatic artery and artery of vas defrens are identified and preserved. the remainder of contents was dissected and divided. At the end the vas defrens and two intact arteries pulsed on the Doppler. all other contents had been transected. The contents were returned to subinguianl area. Wound irrigated and closed.

There is no appropriate cpt code for Microscopic spermatic cord denervation hence I would suggest cpt 55899 is more appropriate for this scenario and also cpt 69990 can be added if microscope was used during the procedure.
