I just asked a question about the flu vaccine, now I am having problems deciding how to set it up in medisoft I am giving 90656 single does injection .5cc What could I put in for units, ndc unit count, ndc unit measurement (ml??). Do I need a code ID Qualifier? HELP

Hi Cathy,

The flu vaccine code (Q2035-Q2039 Series) you are giving is not limited to unit base. These codes for drug based and age based code.

My appology for my previous response.

Now I got your concern. Please put "1" in for units, NDC unit count "1" and HCPCS dosage 0.5 ML. There is no need to use ID qualifier.
