If you make a drug order sheet and treatment plan for patient for home drug injection or infusion of Lapron, than you can bill the drug for future infusion.

and would bill with the date of service meds were supplied ?

You need to mention the exact dosage of the drug and exact date of administration. Also mention the treatment duration i.e., mention start and end date of home drug infusion.
