Group: New Jersey Medicare adm. is Novitas.
Billing address is a different state with NGS as Medicare adm.

Patient seen at New Jersey office location. How is this billed? Do I send the claim to Novitas or NGS? Tax ID/grp billing NPI the same.

Hi there, You send to your (the practice’s) carrier, not the local carrier for the patient.

So that would be NGS?

Thank you.
