Code 58150 includes Total abdominal hysterectomy, with or without removal or tubes with or without removal ovary(s).
After going through operative report, you need to identify principal procedure and additional procedures and corresponding ICD-9 Volume III codes, also identify primary diagnosis and calculate DRG code via DRG calculation tool.
