The patient had a voiding cystourethrogram (74455). The dilation at the level of the distal urethral/meatus was noted proximally open which led to a distal urethral meatoplasty. Sounds were used to gradually dilate the urethral meatus.(53600) Incision was made from urethral meatus to distal urethra. The suture was used to approximate the skin to the inner mucosa for approx 2 cm in length. Would the correct coding be 53460, 53600, 74455?
