When a physician states they are thinking about doing a dianostic endocopic procedure would you count that as moderarte?

Yes, it will count as moderate if physician is thinking for dianostic endocopic with no identified risk factors. If physician is thinking diagnostic endoscopies with identified risk factors then it will comes under high.
