Is there a code to use for treatment of multiple noncontiguous stones? I did a ureteroscopy with rigid and flexible scope with laser and stone extraction but there were greater than 10 - 15 stones.

You should report 52353 only once even if multiple stones were addressed in one single session of scope insertion.

Code 52353 represent 'Cystourethroscopy, with ureteroscopy and/or pyeloscopy; with lithotripsy (ureteral catheterization is included)'.

Thanks !!
