How would you code bilateral hemilaminotomies at L3-L4 (63030)
Complete spinal laminectomy at L4 (63047)
Complete Spinal Laminectomy at L5 "
Partial hemilaminectomy at S1 (63035)
Bilateral foraminotomies at L3-4, L4-5, L5-S1.
It looks like 63030-59-50, 63047 and 63035, but I do not think you can bill 63047 with 63030 so how do you bill for the complete vs. the hemi?

Bill it as below mentioned.
1. For Laminectomy and foraminotomy L4 - 63047.
2. For Laminectomy and foraminotomy L5 - 63048.
3. For bilateral hemilaminotomies and Bilateral foraminotomies - 63030 - 59 & 50 modifier.
4. For Partial hemilaminectomy and foraminotomy - 63035 -Proper side modifier.
