Can you use modifier LT on code 52315?

No, you cannot bill an LT/RT or 50 modifier for the CPT code 52315.

Actually, 150% payment adjustment for bilateral does not apply in this case. If physician has performed the Px bilaterally, and if you use LT and RT modifiers separately with each of 52315 code, still the reimbursement will not exceed 100% of the Maximum Fee Schedule amount.
