Is there a CPT code for application liquid nitrogen for irritated seborrheic keratosis? Or which way to code it?

Liquid Nitrogen is used to treat benign lesions and this procedure is called as Cryosurgery. You may use CPT code 17000 (Destruction (eg, laser surgery, electrosurgery, cryosurgery, chemosurgery, surgical curettement), premalignant lesions (eg, actinic keratoses); first lesion) for treatment of seborrheic keratosis with liquid Nitrogen. Report 17000 for first lesion and 17003 for each lesion from 2 to 14.
