I am looking the correct code to use for a ligation of an intersphincter fistula. I haven't had much luck, can anyone help me out with this?

Thank you

The LIFT procedure (ligation of intersphincteric fistula) would be assigned CPT code 46275, "Surgical treatment of anal fistula (fistulectomy/fistulotomy); intersphincteric."
