WHEN BILLING A LHC 93458-26 WITH A PCI STENT 92980 WOULD I APPLY A 59 MODIFIER TO THE CATH? I KNOW IN 2010 WE HAD TO USE THE 59 MOD JUST NOT SURE WITH THE NEW 2011 CODES. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP.

No the -59 modifier is not need when the new cath codes are billed with stents.
