A patient had a LEEP done and went back to the OR the same day due to vaginal hemorrhage following LEEP procedure. The patient had generalized oozing from the loop cone site. Note states multiple sutures #0 chronic were placed at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions for homeostasis. The biopsy site was cauterized. How would I code this. I coded the LEEP 57522. Do I add a modifier to primary procedure or can I code 57720?

The use of modifier 78 (Unplanned Return to the Operating/Procedure Room by the Same Physician or Other Qualified Health Care Professional Following Initial Procedure for a Related Procedure During the Postoperative Period) to the primary procedure in the above mentioned scenario would be appropriate.
