Hi,

Use 58661 (Laparoscopy, surgical; with removal of adnexal structures (partial or total oophorectomy and/or salpingectomy). Lysis of adhesion is inclusion of this procedure.
58350 for Chromotubation of oviduct.Placement of intrauterine balloon stent is not separately reportable as it is the part of primary lysis procedure.

What is the approach for removal of uterine septum? If hysteroscopic resection of uterine septum code 58560.

Thanks

The approach for the removal of uterine septum was LAPAROSCOPY not Hysteroscopic

There is no CPT code for laparoscopic removal of uterine septum. So you can report unlisted code.

Thanks
