Laparoscopic Revision of Gastrojejunostomy

Oscar Posted Sat 05th of December, 2015 08:29:49 AM

Pre-op Dx: COPD, Reflux Esophagitis & Morbid obesity refractory to Medical Management.
Post-op Dx: COPD, Reflux Esophagitis & Morbid obesity refractory to Medical Management.
Procedures Performed:
1) Diagnostic Laparoscopy.
2) Laparoscopic Extensive lysis of Adhesions.
3) Partial Gastrectomy.
4) Laparoscopic Hiatal Hernia Repair.
5) Laparoscopic Revision of Gastrojejunostomy.
6) EGD.

Actually we are able to code Lysis of Adhesions & Hernia Repair, but we are not getting any clue on Laparoscopic Revision of Gastrojejunostomy. We are seeing an open procedure with CPT 43860, but please suggest Lap procedure and bundling issues with all above mentioned procedures.
