Please provide me the coding for following procedure.

Diagnosis: Perforated Viscus.

Procedures Performed: Laparoscopic Graham Patch repair of perforated marginal ulcer.
Drainage of Intra-abdominal abscess.

Please provide the cpt code ASAP.

As their is no such code for laparoscopic Graham Patch repair of perforated marginal ulcer, then in this case please use the unlisted code 43659 along with the proper documentation of the procedure with approach.
For drainage of Intra-abdominal abscess you should use CPT code 49322. But as we are assuming that intra-abdoominal abscess is incidental to the perforated ulcer, then you cannot bill it separately.
