Please answer the following coding question.
Pre-op Dx: Giant Pancreatic Pseudocyst
Post-op Dx: Giant Pancreatic Pseudocyst
Procedure: Laparoscopic Cyst Gastrostomy & Esophagogastroduodenoscopy.
Pt had large symptomatic pseudocyst for several months. Upon entering a small opening made into pseudocyst and aspirated the 2.5 to 3 L of dark red fluid. Upon aspiration using Endo Gia 60 tan load the two cysts were connected and another load used to anastomosed. 7-french JP drain was left in place next to anastomosis and brought out through one of trocar site.

I got an opening to cpt 43653..

Please check and suggest me.

CPT 43653 is not the appropriate code to bill for the procedure. CPT 49322 is closest code to bill for the scenario.
