laminectomy with stealth sequence

Would you code a C1-C5 Laminectomy with Stealth Sequence, Occiput Lateral mass Screw fixation from occiput to C5 and Occiptal plate with 63045, 63048 x 4, 22840 x 4?

I agree with your codes. You need to report the instrumentation. If the neurosurgeon performed a single-level instrumentation (i.e., two adjacent vertebrae), you should assign 22840 (Posterior non-segmental instrumentation [e.g., Harrington rod technique, pedicle fixation across one interspace, atlantoaxial transarticular screw fixation, sublaminar wiring at C1, facet screw fixation]).
