Labor induction

Tammy Posted Mon 28th of December, 2015 18:11:12 PM

Patient admitted for labor induction due to oligohydraminos and provider saw her on 10/14 and 10/ 15 and patient delivered on 10/24. Her induction of labor failed then she was transferred to antepartum unit and dr on call saw her on 10/17 and 10/19. Patient delivered on 10/24/15. Admitted 10/14 and discharged on 10/26/15. Can I bill for the 10/14 and 10/15 during her labor induction efforts?

The patient was admitted to antepartum unit on 10/17. hence, all pervious visits(10/14,10/15) can be billed separately.
