LAB CHOLE WITH IOC AND ERCP AND EXPLORATION OF THE COMMON BILE DUCT AND REMOVAL OF INTR ABDOMINAL ADHESIONS-MY PHYSICIAN DID THE LAP CHOLE AND THE IOC..SHE HELPED THE GI DOCTOR WITH THE ERCP AND THE EXPLORATION OF THE COMMON BILE DUCT. I maybe able to answer my question cpt -I believe this code includes a cholangiogram In order to use this cpt code the surgeon clips the cystic artery and duct she explores the common bile duct to check for obstructions so if my surgeon states in the OP report clipped...
