HCPCS states this code is "each" electrode with a Quantity alert highlighted. Could you please confirm that this is each electrode for instance 1 array of 8 electrodes - would bill L8680 x 8?

If your physician inserted one neurostimulator octrodes (8 contact electrodes), you would report L8680 x 8. If he had instead inserted a single quadriopolar lead (4 contact electrodes on each), you would bill L8680 x 4.
