Total dose of Leucovorin is 610mg (vial size used 100mg single dose vial), when using the billing unit of 50mg, the total amount of units billed = 13. How many units should be captured to represent the 90mg of waste?

Hi, I would suggest you that you would report the J-Code with a JW modifier and then the correct units that identify the amount of drug that was wasted. Thanks!
