Jugular venogram

Riyaz Posted Fri 01st of March, 2013 16:25:27 PM

My physician did SVC venogram, internal jugular venogram and subclavian venogram. Can you help me assign the codes? Is 36010, 75827, 75860 and 75820 correct?

If the catheter advanced to the superior vena cava and went no farther, your coding appears correct. Append mod 26 to the 758xx codes if you’re reporting only the professional component.
