We are having a difference in the office on the J2510 quantity. Please let me know the max. I thought it was quantity 4 or 5 and not 6 and 8. Also is there another code for the J2510 quantity 6 or quantity 8?

According to CMS Medicare Physician Fee schedure, the Medically Unlikely Edit for code J2510 is 4. So you can bill upto 4 units.

I am sorry for suggesting deleted codes.
CPT J0561 code for Penicillin G benzathine with 100,000 units. We do not have any other code for more than 100,000 in CPT manual.
When I went to (Drug Lookup and Calculator Tool) in Palmetto GBA MEDICARE and entered the HCPCS J0561 code for calculation of number of units administered, it showed that there is no maximum number of allowed units (MAU) established for this HCPCS code. So I think you can bill J0561 with 100,000 units with maximum 24 units extra, you can add.
For more than 100,000, you can use J0561 multiple times up to 24 times per day.
