My provider took the patient back to the OR for removal of a j-tube under general anesthesia. I know generally an E/M code is reported, but this patient had this removed via incision with anesthesia. Is there an appropriate code for this?

There is no specific CPT code for the removal of a j-tube. The most appropriate code can be used here is 43999 Unlisted procedure, stomach for j-tube removal.
