J 7040 and J 7050 billing for Medicare Part B

Pavan Posted Wed 23rd of February, 2011 02:46:19 AM

Can Medicare part B be billed for normal saline administered with chemo drugs ONLY AND SPECIFICALLY WHEN SALINE IS NOT ADMINISTERED with hydration code 96360 with a modifier 59. What are the guidelines for billing saline when billed with NON HYDRATION CODES?
