Is it appropriate to bill 77334, 77334-TC, or 77334-PC, 77334-TC on same DOS?

IMRT-If a physican is involved in design and application of a complex treatment device-'77334' X 1, and then an not on an additional 6 77334,(same date of service) how is this reported? 77334 x1, 77334-TC x 5, or.....77334-PC x1, 77334-TC x6?

From the information given, it sounds as if there was one device for which you’re billing both professional and technical components – so that would be 77334 without 26 or TC. Then there were an additional 6 devices for which you’re reporting the TC only – so that would be 77334-TC x 6. Check the total number of devices to be sure the units are appropriate.
