Report 95920 once per hour even if it is used in conjunction with multiple electrophysiologic studies during a single hour. This procedure should not be reported with nerve conduction studies on the same date of service (95860-95864, 95867-95870). So, we can't bill 95861 here. But, I find no guidelines restricting to bill 95939
with 95920.
