Hi louise,

CPT code 37225 (Revascularization, endovascular, open or percutaneous, femoral, popliteal artery(s), unilateral; with atherectomy, includes angioplasty within the same vessel, when performed) with modifier RT, covers all atherectomy and angioplasty of right SFA and popliteal artery and popliteal artery ballooning.

NOTE: Only one vessel in femoral or popliteal region can be treated within the same surgical session. single code is reported when performed in this area.

Also, the CPT code 37229 (Revascularization, endovascular, open or percutaneous, tibial, peroneal artery, unilateral, initial vessel; with atherectomy, includes angioplasty within the same vessel, when performed) with modifier RT, will cover atherectomy and angioplasty of the right peroneal.

Feel free to ask for any further query.
