Doctor performed 10 trigger point injection sites on three muscle groups-CPT 20553. Dictation says... 1mL was administered at EACH site.
Injectate was-NCD 63323-0506-01 Dexameth PHOS 10mg/mL - 1 single dose vial.

J1100 is billed per 1mg am I correct? So, I would be billing 100 units on my claim form?
