96365 if a patient receives 5 minutes of IV infusion can 96365 code be used or is it considered a IV push

If IV infusion time doesn't exceed 15 mins, it is considered an IV push

96365 is an IV infusion not an IV push
What is the difference between an IV push and an infusion?
An intravenous push (intravenous injection) is an infusion of 15 minutes or less. In order to bill an intravenous infusion, delivery must require more than 15 minutes for safe and effective administration.
