If I have a patient that was given the drugs below, how would I code them?
Toradol 14:40-15:10
Zofran 14:15-14:35
Benadryl 13:50-14:10

Please be specific in regards of the drug delivery as to if they were given as IV or IV push.

Toradol was IV and the others were thru an IV pump.

You would use 96365 for the Benadryl,96367x2 for the Zofran and

You would use the following codes for the drugs in addition to the infusion codes.

Benadryl-J1200
Zofran-J2405
Toradol-J1885
