Use CPT code 10060/10061 for I&D based on the complexity of the procedure. Use CPT 11042 for Debridement upto subcutaneous tissue level.

Do not bill 10060 with 11042 as CCI edits shows bundling of 10060 into 11042 and your record may not support -59 modifier because location of procedure is same.
