Would the below statement in an note created by Physician in an ARNP support" Incident To" at the end of the note: I personally reviewed the history and physical examination of our patient and was present for the key portions of the ARNP care. The available medical record was reviewed. The patient’s current medication list was also reviewed and is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I agree with the ARNP evaluation and participated in the patient’s management and orders.
