I have coded a bi ventricular difibrillator, venography and dft testing.I coded 33249 SC, 33225-26 & 93641-26. I need to know if this is correct or not.

Codes 33249 and 93641 are correct to report. Please let us know if there is documentation that physician has performed insertion of pacing electrode, cardiac venous system, for left ventricular pacing since you have reported code 33225. You need to report code for venography.
