If taking down of ureteroileal conduit for urinary undiversion with reimplantation of the ureter into the bladder was performed, then CPT code 50830 is the code that can be billed.
If this is not the case, kindly explain the procedure performed little bit so that I can provide you with appropriate CPT code/codes.
