Need help with coding the following
UTI-GNR, nonhemolytic strep
Possible left pneumonia from chest xray from nursing home not repeated
BSI with Klebsiella pneumonia and staph aureus
Sepsis-on admission
I believe it goes like this
038.0 for hemolytic strep, not coding the pneumonia as it is possible, KP 03849, Staph aureus 03811 and then the 99591 for sepsis? oh and the uti 599.0
thank you
