pt has an INFECTED renal cyst is ~590.9~ or ~593.2~ correct also the second dx is sepsis which is ~995.91~r do I go with the ~995.90~?

CMS explains you can't ever list sepsis as a patient's primary diagnosis. If a patient has sepsis on admission and it meets the definition of a primary diagnosis, then you should first assign the underlying systemic infection code.

Better code would be 593.89 here.

593.89
995.91
