  • Use ICD 10 CM code I70.409 if thickened intima of the greater sephaneous vein of Unspecified limb is due to atherosclerosis.
  • For Right leg use ICD 10 CM code I70.401
  • For left leg use ICD 10 CM code I70.402.
  • For bilateral legs use ICD 10 CM code I70.403.
