The above scenario will be code as follows:

  • L73.8 - Other specified follicular disorders (This will be for nonspecific sebaceous hyperplasia)
  • L08.9 - Local infection of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, unspecified (This will be for demodicidosis, since demodicidosis is an infection)
  • B88.0 - Other acariasis/dermatitis due to demodex species (This will be for demodex mite)
