Chrys Posted Tue 29th of November, 2016 03:46:47 AM
I am looking for a diagnosis for Descending, colon polyp: prominent lymphoid aggregate with hyperplastic features. Any help appreciated

The ICD-10 for Dx of Descending, colon polyp will be D12.4. However, if path report for poly comes as lymphoid aggregate with hyperplastic features, we will mention only code K63.89, as there is no definite code for this condition. Thank you.
