ICD10 code

Mike Posted Mon 04th of January, 2016 17:30:55 PM

Doctor list in diagnosis each of these conditions:

Bilateral neuropathic foot pain AND Peripheral neuropathy of the feet

What is the correct code for peripheral neuropathy G60.9? Is this the code I should use for the PN of the feet and G57.91 and G57.92 for the neuropathic foot pain Bilateral. Or would I just list these last two codes.

The doctor always list both conditions on her dictations.

For the peripheral neuropathy of the feet we will code G62.9, as this code is for peripheral neuropathy, we will not code mononeuropathy alongwith this.
