We bill this code for Pathology Offices and are looking for correct ICD code for Screening Pap Smear.

You can refer to the list of codes from Crosswalks in SCC keeping reimbursement as priority. Other than that for you can refer to these codes, which may often get denied, but goes with documentation of reports:

V76.2, special screening for malignant neoplasms of the cervix (Routine cervical Pap smear)
V15.89, other specified personal history presenting hazards to health.
If appropriate, you can also use V76.47 Special screening for Vaginal pap smear status-post hysterectomy for non-malignant condition (Use additional code to identify acquired absence of uterus (V88.01-V88.03).
