Thanks for your question. See diagnosis code 996.59; Mechanical complication of other implant and internal device not elsewhere classified for silicon oil removal. This diagnosis code includes nonabsorbable surgical material NOS.
You could also use the diagnosis code for the original reason why the oil was placed. Hope this helps.
