The subcategory to look at is M47.2- Other spondylosis with radiculopathy this would be reported when a patient has spondylosis and also radiculopathy that is caused by that spondylosis. For example if the patient has spondylosis at C7-T1 and also has radiculopathy at the level due to the spondylosis, the ICD-10 code would be M47.23
