Do the Z34.0-Z34.93 codes have to have the Z3A codes attached also if it tells you what trimester they are in?

Well, yes, while coding for Z34.0-Z34.93 (encounter for supervision of normal first pregnancy) trimester specific code has to be billed. Codes are there in the series for first, second, third trimester & for first, other than first & unspecified pregnancy status. Hope it clear your doubt.
