hysterotomy infection - reopening of c-section incision

the pt had an infection of the hysterotomy and the provider reopened the C-section incision to removed the necrotic tissue and re-suture the hysterotomy. would the 49002 be the only appropriate code? she seems to think there should be more codes for the removal of the uterine necrotic tissue. thank you
