What is the correct cpt code? I find two cpt code 58561 and 58560 but my doctor thinks ,it is not correct. Can you please answer my question

You could bill 58561 (... with removal of leiomyomata). Or, depending on the amount of the fibroid the physician removed, you could choose 58561-52 (Reduced services) if the ob-gyn performed significantly less work than that described in 58561.
