Hydrodebridement of sinuses

Debbie Posted Mon 09th of March, 2015 17:48:07 PM

Is there a CPT code for this?

The Hydrodebrider System is intended to remove bacteria from the paranasal sinuses. It is a pressurized sinus irrigation system. Usually this is an endoscopic sinus irrigation process, which can be reported with 31237. For a non-endoscopic procedure, report unlisted code.
